The purpose and goal of the legal research in the project is to ensure the legal, safe and appropriate use of data in new business models, taking into account regulation related to data protection, telecommunications and other fields. The project studies and analyses regulation under national and EU law, as well as the established practice of courts, competition authorities and data protection authorities.
